Nissin Yakisoba leveled up the fun as it co-presented Cebu Pacific’s (CEB) Juan for Fun Backpacker Challenge 2015. Five teams of young explorers enjoyed the ultimate backpacking experience with CEB’s annual all-expense-paid adventure.
Team Square composed of friends and adventurers Cheloi Marasigan, Mischa de Guzman, and Rae Argallon of University of Sto. Tomas, garnered the Yakisobrang-Saya team award. The award is given to the team who best captures their most fun and amusing moments in a video. For Team Square, creating their adventure video gave them the opportunity to relive their remarkable moments throughout their eight-day trip. The fun-loving trio took home P30,000 cash.
“Our best memories include rolling on the beach, dancing and joking around in each destination we visited, so we made sure that all of those are captured in our Yakisobrang Saya adventure video,” said Rae. “Being a part of Juan for Fun is a reward in itself; winning the Nissin Yakisoba challenge made the experience even more unforgettable and extraordinary,” added Mischa.
Nissin also awarded Team Extreme for winning the Yakisobrang Trip, Yakisobrang Saya Special Fun Challenge during the culminating event. Composed of Gio Tiongson of Ateneo de Manila University and twins, Miguel and Luigi Manalang of De La Salle University, Team Extreme emerged victorious in the fun-filled task involving cup stacking and durian-crocodile ice cream eating that was held at Davao City. The three energetic boys of Team Extreme received three units of external hard drive as prize.
